At Premiata, we strive for excellence in every detail; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our 'Track Order' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Premiata box and secure them within a shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience or drop off the package at any authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the integrity of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
